Celestyal Cruises resumed sailings on Saturday with a seven-night itinerary on the Celestyal Crystal calling on Rhodes, Santorini, Laurium, Mykonos, Milos and Crete in Greece and Kusadasi in Turkey.
Additionally, the Celestyal Olympia will sail a new itinerary June 28 through Aug. 30. The seven-night sailings will call on Thessaloniki, Mykonos, Santorini, Agios Nikolaos and Rhodes in Greece and Limassol in Cyprus.
Starting Aug. 30, the Olympia will sail three- and four-night itineraries through the remainder of the season. The Crystal will sail three different itineraries in the fall.
Celestyal Cruises is sailing with enhanced health and safety protocols, including requiring all passengers to present negative Covid-19 tests.
Celestyal CEO Chris Theophilides said in a statement the cruise line was "thrilled" to once again welcome passengers onboard.
"This was no small task and is due to the unwavering dedication and unified teamwork of the Celestyal team, both shoreside and onboard, and the support from our strategic partners, both large and small," Theophilides added.
