The following ships are scheduled to launch cruises or have already launched them.


Azamara

The Azamara Quest began seven-day sailings from Greece on Aug. 28. It was Azamara's first cruises as an independent cruise company.

Carnival Cruise Line

The Carnival Vista launched from Galveston on July 3.

The Carnival Horizon launched from Miami on July 4.

The Carnival Breeze launched from Galveston on July 15.

The Mardi Gras launched from Port Canaveral on July 31.

The Carnival Magic launched from Port Canaveral on Aug. 7.

The Carnival Sunrise launched from Miami on Aug. 14.

The Carnival Panorama launched from Long Beach, Calif., on Aug. 21.

The Carnival Glory will launch from New Orleans on Sept. 5.

The Carnival Pride will launch from Baltimore on Sept. 12.

The Carnival Dream will launch from Galveston on Sept. 19.

The Carnival Conquest will launch from Miami on Oct. 8.

The Carnival Freedom will launch from Miami on Oct. 9.

The Carnival Elation will launch from Port Canaveral on Oct. 11.

The Carnival Sensation will launch from Mobile, Ala., on Oct. 21.


Vaccines: Required for adults; a small number of children can sail with negative Covid test.


Celebrity Cruises

The Celebrity Millennium launched Caribbean cruises from St. Maarten on June 5. It started Alaska cruises from Seattle on July 23.

The Celebrity Apex began Mediterranean cruises from Athens, Greece, on June 19.

The Celebrity Edge launched sailings from Port Everglades on June 26.

The Celebrity Silhouette launched sailings from Southampton, U.K., on July 3.

The Celebrity Summit launched Alaska cruises from Seattle on July 23.

The Celebrity Equinox launched from Port Everglades on July 25.

In the Galapagos, the Celebrity Flora launched July 4, the Celebrity Xpedition on July 24. The Celebrity Xploration will launch Sept. 18.


Vaccines: Required for adults; children under 18 must produce proof of a negative Covid test.


Celestyal Cruises

The Crystal and the Olympia in June started Greek Islands cruises from Piraeus, Greece.


Vaccines: Not required


Crystal Cruises

The Crystal Serenity set sail on Bahamas-only itineraries from Nassau on July 3.

Crystal Expedition Cruises' Crystal Endeavor sailed its maiden cruise on July 17.

The Crystal Symphony started sailing Bermuda cruises from Boston on Aug. 22. It will then sail Bermuda cruises from New York starting Sept. 24.


Vaccines: Required for all passengers.


Disney Cruise Line

The Disney Dream resumed 3- and 4-day Castaway Cay cruises from Port Canaveral on Aug. 9.


Vaccines: Vaccinated guests are exempt from pre-trip and embarkation day testing requirements and travel insurance requirements.


Holland America Line

The Nieuw Amsterdam launched Alaska sailings from Seattle on July 24.

The Eurodam launched cruises from Athens on Aug. 15.

The Zuiderdam will launch with a California coast cruise on Sept. 18.

The Koningsdam will launch with a California coast cruise on Oct. 10.

The new Rotterdam will sail its maiden cruise from Fort Lauderdale on Nov. 3.

The Nieuw Statendam will launch Caribbean cruises from Fort Lauderdale on Nov. 21.

Lindblad Expeditions

The National Geographic Explorer started Iceland sailings on July 7.

The National Geographic Endeavour II launched Galapagos cruises June 4.

The National Geographic Quest and the National Geographic Venture launched Alaska cruises on June 5 and June 6, respectively.

The National Geographic Endurance polar expedition ship sailed its maiden cruise from Iceland on July 22.


Vaccines: Required for adults; children under 16 must produce proof of a negative Covid test.


MSC Cruises

The MSC Meraviglia returned to sailing Caribbean cruises from Miami on Aug. 2.

The MSC Divina will sail Caribbean cruises from Port Canaveral starting Sept. 16.

The new MSC Seashore entered service on Aug. 1, and will reposition to Miami in the late fall, starting Caribbean cruises on Nov. 20.


Vaccines: With the Bahamas requiring all cruise passengers ages 12 and older to be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 for ships to enter a Bahamas port effective Sept. 3, MSC Cruises is requiring passengers to be vaccinated on Florida departures.

Norwegian Cruise Line

The Norwegian Jade launched 7-day cruises from Athens beginning July 25.

The Norwegian Epic will launch from Barcelona Sept. 5

The Norwegian Getaway will sail from Civitavecchia (Rome) Sept. 13.

The Norwegian Encore launched Alaska cruises from Seattle on Aug. 7.

The Norwegian Gem sailed from Miami beginning Aug. 15.

The Norwegian Breakaway will sail from New York starting Sept. 26.

The Norwegian Bliss will embark from Los Angeles on Oct. 24.

The Norwegian Escape will sail from Port Canaveral on Nov. 13.

Oceania Cruises

The Marina launched service Aug. 29 on sailings in Scandinavia and Western Europe.

The Riviera will launch from Istanbul Oct. 18.

The Insignia will begin Dec. 21 from Miami.

The Sirena will cruise starting Jan. 22 from Miami.

The Regatta will re-enter service in Tahiti on Feb. 5.

The Nautica will return April 1, sailing a Mediterranean cruise from Civitavecchia (Rome).

Princess Cruises

The Majestic Princess launched Alaska cruises from Seattle on July 25.

The Grand Princess will depart Los Angeles on a Mexican Riviera cruise on Sept. 25.

The Ruby Princess will depart San Francisco on a California coast cruise on Oct. 24.

The Crown Princess returns Nov. 6, sailing Panama Canal cruises from Fort Lauderdale.

The Regal Princess will depart Fort Lauderdale on Caribbean cruises, starting Nov. 17.

The Sky Princess will return Nov. 20, sailing Caribbean cruises from Fort Lauderdale.

The Caribbean Princess will return Nov. 28, sailing Caribbean cruises from Fort Lauderdale.

The Enchanted Princess will return Nov. 30, sailing Caribbean cruises from Fort Lauderdale.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises

The Seven Seas Splendor will launch service Sept. 11 from Southampton, England.

The Seven Seas Explorer will restart Oct. 16 from Venice

The Seven Seas Mariner will sail starting Dec. 18 from Miami.

The Seven Seas Navigator will launch Jan. 6 from Miami.

The Seven Seas Voyager will return in the Mediterranean on Feb. 15.

Royal Caribbean International

The Freedom of the Seas began service from Miami starting July 2.

The Odyssey of the Seas launched from Fort Lauderdale on July 3.

The Adventure of the Seas started cruises from Nassau, Bahamas, on June 12.

The Jewel of the Seas began homeporting from Limassol, Cyprus, on cruises of the Greek islands beginning July 10.

The Serenade of the Seas began Alaska sailings from Seattle on July 19.

The Allure of the Seas started cruising from Port Canaveral on Aug. 8.

The Ovation of the Seas launched Alaska itineraries from Seattle on Aug. 13.

The Symphony of the Seas started sailing from Miami on Aug. 14.

The Independence of the Seas began cruising from Galveston on Aug. 15.

The Harmony of the Seas began sailing from Barcelona on Aug. 15.

The Mariner of the Seas started sailing from Port Canaveral on Aug. 23.

The Oasis of the Seas will sail Bahamas cruises from Bayonne, N.J., starting Sept. 5.

The Liberty of the Seas will sail Caribbean cruises from Galveston, starting Oct. 3.

The Explorer of the Seas will launch cruises from San Juan on Nov. 7.

The Navigator of the Seas will sail short getaways from Los Angeles, starting Nov. 19.

The Grandeur of the Seas will launch sailings from Barbados on Dec. 5.

The Brilliance of the Seas will launch cruises from Tampa on Dec. 16.

The Enchantment of the Seas will launch cruises from Baltimore on Dec. 23.

The Vision of the Seas will begin sailing from Fort Lauderdale on Jan. 24.

The Voyager of the Seas will sail Northern Europe cruises from Barcelona, starting April 15.


The Radiance of the Seas will sail Alaska cruises from Vancouver, beginning April 29.

The Rhapsody of the Seas will sail Mediterranean and Greek isles cruises from Civitavecchia (Rome), starting May 23.

Seabourn

The Seabourn Odyssey launched Caribbean cruises from Bridgetown, Barbados, on July 18.

The Seabourn Ovation began operating cruises in Greece and Cyprus from Athens on July 3.

The Seabourn Quest will depart Miami on Nov. 7 on a 43-day cruise that includes Antarctica. Cruise ends in Argentina.

The Seabourn Sojourn departs Los Angeles for a world cruise on Jan. 11.

The Seabourn Encore returns to service on April 17 in Athens.

Silversea Cruises

The new Silver Moon launched 10-day cruises from Athens on June 18.

The Silver Origin started Galapagos Islands cruises June 19.

The Silver Muse returned on July 29, sailing Alaska cruises.

The Silver Shadow started Iceland circumnavigations from Reykjavik on July 30.

The Silver Spirit will return on Sept. 3 with a roundtrip Northern Europe cruise from Southampton, U.K.

The Silver Explorer will return on Nov. 10, sailing a roundtrip Antarctica cruise from Puerto Williams, Chile.

The Silver Cloud is due to set sail on an Antarctica cruise on Nov. 14 from Puerto Arenas, Chile.

The Silver Whisper will return Nov. 19 with a transatlantic sailing from Lisbon to Fort Lauderdale.

The Silver Wind is scheduled to depart Buenos Aires on Nov. 20 for a solar eclipse cruise of Antarctica.

Viking

The Viking Orion launched Bermuda sailings from Hamilton in June.

The Viking Sky, homeporting in Reykjavik, started Iceland cruises in June.

The Viking Venus, Viking Sea and Viking Star launched cruises from Valletta, Malta, in July.

Windstar Cruises

The newly stretched Star Breeze sailed from Philipsburg, St. Maarten, and the Wind Star from Athens on June 19.

The Wind Spirit launched in Tahiti on July 15.

The Wind Surf launched on Aug. 8 from Barcelona.
