Air Transat has made some changes to its in-flight services, effectively immediately.
Mainly, the meal offer has been improved in both Club and Economy Class on certain flight segments.
For flights of more than three hours, Club Class passengers will now be able to choose between the "breakfast" or "lunch and dinner" hot meal offer, depending on the departure time of their flight.
Breakfasts consist of a main course, a croissant, a bowl of fruit, a yoghurt and a glass of juice; lunches and dinners consist of a main course, a salad, bread, a dessert and a glass of wine.
For departures starting May 1, passengers travelling in Club Class can pre-order their meal up to 72 hours before departure, online at airtransat.com or by phone at 1-877-TRANSAT.
Hot meals in Economy on Europe flights
On flights to and from Europe, a choice of two complimentary hot meals will be offered to Economy Class passengers, Transat says.
The meal will be served with a salad, a sweet snack and a glass of wine or a non-alcoholic beverage.
