In 2025, Pan Am will resume two opulent transatlantic tours.

Many people believe that the heyday of flying is coming back, in a way. Next year, Pan Am will be resurrected for two luxurious excursions honoring the airline's history.

On June 16 and June 27, 2025, the resurrected Pan Am will run two 12-day round-trip trips from New York City under the name Tracing the Transatlantic. Fifty guests will have the opportunity to experience Pan Am's heyday in a Boeing 757 equipped with all-business class lie-flat seats throughout each trip.

The Pan Am Museum Foundation provides assistance for the trips, which are formally licensed by Pan American World Airways. Specialty tour operators Bartelings and Criterion Travel run these.

Gala evenings at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York mark the start and finish of the tours, which take visitors to Bermuda, Lisbon, Marseille, London, and Foynes. In addition, guests will stay at famous establishments such as Adare Manor in Ireland, the Savoy in London, the Four Seasons Ritz in Lisbon, and the Fairmont Hamilton Princess in Bermuda.

Along the route, there will be events that highlight Pan Am's history and its citizens, such as a luncheon at the Flying Boat Museum in Foynes and a fado folk music performance in Lisbon.
