The Skytrax World Airline Awards 2024 saw Air Transat the World's Best Leisure Airline.


For the sixth time, the airline topped the list.


With great pleasure, Air Transat announces that it has won the Skytrax World Airline Awards for a record six times as the World's Best Leisure Airline.


The renowned Fairmont Windsor Park in England hosted the awards presentation today, June 24. Alongside members of the Air Transat flight crew, Miguel Teixeira, Vice President, In-Flight Services & Customer Experience, accepted this esteemed award in person.


Miguel Teixeira commented, "It is really satisfying to be recognized again with this award." The World's Best Leisure Airline Award is given to leisure airlines based on consumer satisfaction with their personnel service and product offerings, both at the airport and on board.


Air Transat was chosen as North America's Best Leisure Airline in 2022 and has since won this honor in 2012, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2023, and now 2024.
