WestJet Enhances Loyalty Program with New Points-Based eStore Platform

WestJet has expanded its loyalty program by launching a new eStore in partnership with RewardOps, offering members more ways to redeem their WestJet Points beyond travel. The newly introduced WestJet Rewards Store gives members access to a wide selection of merchandise and gift cards from well-known brands, including Apple, Dyson, and KitchenAid.

This initiative follows a major revamp of WestJet’s loyalty program in April 2025, which transitioned from the previous "WestJet Dollars" system to a more flexible, points-based structure. The updated program allows members to earn points not only on base fares but also on a wider range of purchases, increasing the overall earning potential.

Through the eStore, WestJet aims to provide greater value, convenience, and choice to its members, positioning its rewards program as more competitive in the broader loyalty marketplace. The collaboration with RewardOps, a company that also supports programs like Aeroplan, enables WestJet to deliver a seamless online shopping and redemption experience.

With this expansion, WestJet Rewards members can enjoy enhanced flexibility and a broader range of options tailored to their lifestyle and preferences, whether they are saving up for flights or redeeming points for everyday items.
